Who we work for

Local authorities

We have helped the likes of Stoke City Council and Cheshire East Council with maintaining and upgrading their highways network

Main contractors

Working on construction sites for the likes of Galliford Try, Intium Construction and Magna Projects carrying out full groundworks and surfacing packages

Private developers

We have helped private developers get their project over the line carrying out anything from groundworks to S278 works, liaising with the local authority on their behalf

WHAT WE DO

Surfacing

Hand lay and machine lay, we have vast experience working with different types of surfacing including asphalt and tarmac

S111/S278 works

We are able to liaise with the local authority on behalf of developers to carry out works in the public highway

Highways maintenance

We work on behalf of local authorities on the highway carrying out essential maintenance work

Hard landscaping

We lay block paving, concrete slabs, porcelain, sandstone and resin bound amongst many others

Groundworks

We carry out general groundworks including but not limited to concrete works, drainage, ducting and kerbing

Civils

We also carry out civils work mainly on site for main contractors. These works include the likes of cut and fill operations and deep drainage

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY

Keble Heath have been carrying out environmental work for Wulvern Housing as a member of our partnering panel over the last 3 years. During this time they have completed a great variety of work all to an excellent standard. The work has included driveways, fencing, gates, lay-byes, carparks and some soft landscaping. Management and supervision of the contracts has been well handled and relationships with Wulvern have been very good and are set to continue in the coming years.

We have worked with Keble Heath on a number of schemes ranging from small footway works to major signalised junction improvements in 2013 throughout the County of Cheshire East. We were satisfied with the quality of work and level of commitment they give to our client and our office. The majority of schemes were completed ahead of schedule, within budget and with minimal interference to the operation of the road network.
